Why AI Vitals Exists
When I was on the client side, navigating technology decisions for my organizations, I kept running into the same problem: the resources available were either too generic, too vendor-driven, or too academic to be useful. The best thinking was locked inside the heads of practitioners I didn't know.
AI is accelerating that problem. The landscape changes fast, the stakes are high, and the gap between what vendors promise and what actually works is wide. Organizations need a trusted intermediary — someone who has seen enough to sort signal from noise, and who has the relationships to connect them to the right practitioners for their specific challenge.
That's what AI Vitals is. Not a consulting firm in the traditional sense — no army of analysts, no proprietary frameworks. Just clear-eyed strategic guidance and a network of practitioners I'd personally recommend to a close friend.
