Used well, AI lets people apply what they already know further and faster than before, and it can be an incredible equalizer. Used carelessly, it wears down the judgment that made them good at their jobs, and it does it quietly, because the output still sounds fluent. Most AI training teaches features. That gap is where I spend my time.
